The wonder of honey bee

Nectar from all sort of flowers around the world offers magical therapeutic effect and natural anecdote for our body without any side effect. I am big fan of honey bee and have been consuming different varieties of honey from around the world. In order to validate this pretext about the wonder of honey, I have tracked my health condition with respect to 2 particular conditions which are flu and cough. Since 2015, I have consistently consumed 1 tablespoon (interchangeably) of following honey on daily basis:

1. Black honey from tropical rain forest
2. Sidr honey from wadi Duan
3. Manuka honey (MGO 250+ and above) from New Zealand
4. Black forest honey from Germany
5. Kashmiri honey

The outcome is very promising! I'm free from flu and cough till date (from Jan 2015 - Jan 2018). The active enzyme of honey is really blending very well with my body towards inducing stronger antibodies and immunity naturally. The best part is no chemical or drug involved during this process.

I'll try to experiment for other type of diseases if honey bee could provide the alternate healing mechanism. Stay tune and give it a shot!

Pursuit of happiness

We're always wanted to be happy in our daily living... but most of the time we encounter failure! The main reason is because we are always looking outside our perspective and being influenced by the surrounding. The perception of outside world is always far beyond our comprehension and thus difficult to achieve based on our capabilities.

Outside world is always an illusion of our mind! Even though we believe it is a reality and way of life, but we will end up at one point where everything is stop! That point is what we call as death...

So, we should calculate backward from death point perspective. What is the main purpose of life and what we should be looking for? The answer is actually within ourselves. The creation of human being is unique and the most complicated perfection! So, we should try looking from within our own body and comprehend our capabilities. The demarcation point must be from our capabilities and the result should be total happiness!
