We should aware that our body has the most complex system in the world that comprises many neurons and cells that working and communicating every seconds to take care the whole system itself. So, it is our duty to balance our activities to ensure it will no affect the system to operate naturally. If there is imbalance elements detected by the body, it will trigger many alarm in the form of defective function such as cancerous cell. Thus, all of these reactions are within natural composition of creation and as a human, we should not disturb the process by prescribing drug and modern anecdote that contain harmful chemical derived from many toxic processes that eventually ruining our body. Thus, to maintain the equilibrium, we should engage in following SOP:
1. Spiritual activities to maintain positive mindset
2. Healthy diet
3. Good relationship
4. Enjoyable exercise
5. Fresh air
6. Morning sunrise exposure
7. Traveling for different perspectives
8. Good sleep
9. Regular flushing/detox
10. Smile and cherish
Try to follow up to your best effort the suggestion above in order to bring back your good health and trust yourself that the body has all it needs in order for self healing process... only time is a factor and give it a shot!
